Refund policy

1. Return will be processed only if:

  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  • Buyer needs to inform eatorganic by sending a mail to eat@riwayatfarms.com

2. Eat Organic will replace the product of similar category and weight, if the Expired, Damaged, Defective product is shipped.

3. If the seal is broken and or the product is damaged by the buyer, the return and refund is not applicable.

4. If any of the received products are missing, the buyer shall notify in writing to eat@riwayatfarms.com or call us on +91 9819156810. Remember to give your order number.

5. In case the buyer wishes to return the product without any of the above reasons, the buyer will still have to pay a reverse pickup fee of Rs. 100.

6. The amount of the returned product/s will be credited into the buyer's account in 1-2 working weeks or more.
